Judy Fortin, Chief of Communications, UCLA Health, leads media relations, reputation and issues management, internal communications and government relations for one of the most comprehensive and advanced academic health care systems in the world. With over 35,000 employees, UCLA Health has five hospitals, 280 primary and specialty care clinics throughout Southern and Central California, as well as a school of medicine. Judy is a former CNN anchor and medical correspondent. Prior to joining UCLA Health in 2019, she led media relations for the cancer center at Emory University and the American Cancer Society in Atlanta.
